An innovative process, Cataphoresis
We innovate in each of the manufacturing processes. For this reason, we have incorporated the painting of pieces by Cataphoresis. It is an innovative method of painting by immersion that is based on the displacement of charged particles of an electric field towards the pole of opposite sign.
This investment represents a great technological advance as it provides better quality in our products as well as a significant improvement in production capacity.

The maximum power for the design department. 3D design software is a tool that reduces product development time and improves quality.
To obtain maximum performance with the Solidworks tool, the entire team has received training, thus allowing them to cover the aspects involved in the entire product development process.
Solidworks is a solution that already allows the team the possibility to create, design, simulate, manufacture, publish and manage the data of the design process.
New facilities, process improvement
The painting process is one of the most important of the entire manufacturing process. For this reason, at TEJWHEELS we have a measurement and testing laboratory to assess the quality of the painting process.
We take care of every detail from the beginning to the end of the process. For the final inspection, we have incorporated an automatic tire dimensional checking table. So that the final result is perfect and the product meets the technical specifications and demands of each of our clients.
TEJWHEELS belongs to the National Association of Agricultural, Forestry and Green Space Machinery, ANSEMAT, which represents manufacturers and importers of machinery and facilities for agriculture, livestock and green spaces.
In addition, we manage aid and subsidies for the acquisition of goods of equipment or development of R+D+I, on the bases proposed by the different administrations.
We develop research projects in collaboration with the University of Seville, in addition to participating in training programs in workplaces with students belonging to the corresponding training cycles in the area.
Lastly, we design, develop and implement management programs to as they support all processes administrative and business production.
